juillet 29th, 2011Le temple grec de Segesta est debout depuis le Ve siècle av. J.-C. Les blocs de pierre jaune sont énormes, griffés et fissurés mais toujours d’aplomb. Tout autour du temple figé dans le temps, il n’y a que l’air qui vibre sous la chaleur de midi.
The greek temple of Segesta is standing since the 5th Century BC. The yellow stone blocks are gigantic, scratched and cracked but still steady. Frozen in time, the temple is still, only the air is vibrating, under noon’s heat.
